Don't know if it's North or Southbound. Vehicle is a Buick Roadmaster. There was also a report of a small white dog on the Milpas onramp around 10:13pm per CHP website..

"Rusty," the little poodle mix that was lost, has been found dead, hit by a car, right near where Roger reported. I called the Home Again microchip agency late last night, after I saw Roger's report. I had received a "Lost Dog" alert via email (at 2am) and remembered seeing Roger's info. Told Home Again to tell owners to contact CHP. Called the owners just now, after seeing Lost Dog ad on Craigslist. Got the bad news. A terrible tragedy. I feel so sad for the owners. Thank you, Roger, for reporting this sighting of the dog. I only wish we could have saved it.
