Loss of 20 parking spaces in a parking lot that is already a nightmare, even on a "good" day (other than Sunday)? For shame, City Transpo and Parking officials. You are handing these businesses a death sentence.

Yes. Very worrysome. Except...there are at least two City parking lots, and Granada Garage within 1-2 blocks of there.

The Granada is right across the street from Lot #5 and has 6 stories of parking. Parking lot is never full. Can't imagine people would lose Jobs over lack of parking. It's called walking across the street for crying out loud.
