Some person keeps posting in the EdHat classifieds about the blonde female that was injured by Police when they were arresting her, is way off base. The female was major drunk and combative and refused to follow directions from the Police. When they put her in the vehicle, she tried kicking her way out and thats when she was injured. It was her own fault entirely and SHE should take responsibliity for HER own actions. Then the guy tried to physically attack the Police and he was subdued also. Santa Barbara Bowl concert.

Yea I noticed all those mailboxes..Didn't notice the classified about the girl injuried I might have heard the call..I hear alot of resisting arrest calls I know exacley what they are because I resisted arrest many times. I used to have a really hard time not smarting off at cops when they barked at me with that collective drone. Cops like pissing off drunks because drunks do stupid things...It's like a set up I experienced this just acouple of weeks ago when the cops were here they thought I was drunk Ha! Fooled them. Anyway it's Mutual Combat I used to love it and I never filed a complaint or sued a cop for disloacating my arm or beating me up but I could have. Because I was in their custody and their responsblity. She might have a case.. My thoughts on it.

Yeah, I only look at the classifieds every month or two. My thought and one experience with police is if you treat them well things go better. I was treated really well. I realize my being female helped. But I don't think it helped as much as being calm, quiet and very respectful and cooperative. Pick your battles! Don't be stupid and fight those who have so much more power than you. This applies to kids and teens, who should buckle down and show some deference to parents who can and should lock them up even if only for one night. You CAN wait til you're 18. I learned that lesson and was in college at 18.
