Yeah, I saw the twin tails in the photos. When they went over, the planform looked 16ish to me - maybe foggy glasses?

Thanks to 613 re the Palo Alto flyby - we searched on the net for 20 minutes; couldn't figure out where or what and headed for the beach just five minutes before it flew over the airport. So cool. Marvellous! THANKS EDHAT!!

That was rad! Saw someone up in a small plane taking some photos I'm sure. Great view from Fairview office park in Goleta.

Left Monterey a bit ago. Follow #SpottheShuttle on twitter for location updates (http://twitter.com/i/#!/search/realtime/%23SpotTheShuttle). Any of you pilots know the flight path it will take over Santa Barbara? Along the coast? Inland? There are detailed flight paths posted for LA area, with lots of looping.

Just went over Palo Alto about 15 minutes ago. No sighting at Vandenberg yet. People are on Harris Grade to watch it. The sky is clearing up.
