I'd much rather stand outside Trader Joes with the sign. I watched alittle of it but did not get to item 3 yet... :) It's like being in school watching that I felt like I was having an allergic reaction..

Roger, Re your comment on mentally-disturbed transients being jailed: Since you are computer-savvy, you might check out the website of Santa Barbara County government, click on the section of Board of Supervisor meetings, specifically the video of the meeting of September 11, 2012, Agenda Item 3.

Those Citizens of the World hanging out in the 1100 block of State Street are quite annoying. The stench of their body odor and smoking wafts across the street and I can smell them as I ride my bike by. I don't think they are approved byt the Downtown Organization.
