According to Vandenberg Air Force Base, a low level flight is a maybe because they cannot fly at low altitude in fog or low clouds under visual flight rules. And to make matters even more confusing, the time line if they can do it, is between 7am and 11am.

Will it be coming through our areas? I thought I read that a flyby over Vandenburg was a possibility as it was actually a shuttle launch spot before it was scrapped post Challenger disaster.
