Let's take care of the gangs while we're at it.

I know how to cross the street, It is just the knife fighting that has me a little apprehensive. Oh and then there is always that bullet deflecting thing.

They will study it to death and nothing will happen. Recently the City traffic dept proposed eliminating the parking controls on the westside for Robbins-Gillespie intended to let the kids use the streets for biking to/from school. They counted the number of bikes using the streets and it was 0 for Robbins and up to 10/day for Gillespie. So in the interests of air quality and the homeowners, they made their recommendation to the Transpo Commission.

The Commission is more interested in bikes than in inconvenienced homeowners, so they voted the recommendation down and directed the Traffic Guys to add more signage and lines on the streets to make it more obvious that they are intended for bike lanes. This was 2 months ago and nothing has been done yet.

I stay out of the East Side. Don't even drive on Milpas. With the homeless and the gangs, it's the pit of Santa Barbara. Why the heck would anyone even want to walk down there unless you unfortunately have to live there.

The east siders ain't nothing without meth.. They need meth so they can fight and 10 of their homies and they still can't fight.. They get caught for something and then all of them start ratting each other out.. They need meth to stab to.. they are lil punks.. I have always heard G 13 was the most active gang in Goleta and sb Goleta lokotes are not part of G 13.. Goleta lokotes are molesters.. Milpas isn't scary nor is San adress white people are over dramatic.. East siders and west siders are punks
