This is the guy who tried to force his way into a Catholic Church in Lompoc and threatened a nun. He has a pior arrest for 245 on a police officer. I will be surprised if this ends peacefully he already tried to ram a police car..

We were going southbound just as the first cop was getting out of the car. Must have been 20 cars surrounding the guy. Looked like the parade of lights. Roger, I knew you would be on it.

I got caught on the way home in the police traffic break heading North. At El Capitan, two patrol cars whizzed by me at least 90mph.
Actually, if I hadn't forgotten my phone at my folks home in Goleta and turned around to retrieve it, I would have crossed paths with the perpetrator. Heard the sirens at my parents home and thought that many was unusual.
When I finally got to Mariposa Reina, there were about 10 patrol cars there. One officer was searching the grass in the center median, and other officers were searching a car on the shoulder.
