I usually don't step into the comment area, but it's clear that reading comprehension is not a skill mastered by all Edhat readers. Commenter 304860 is chastising me for using my phone as I walked in the fog, ("What kind of foolish person walks his dog blindfolded? That's right... blindfolded! By your i(diot)Phone, ya dang ninny."). What is it about "It's a good thing I didn't have my nose buried in my iPhone..." that escapes the reader?
Please folks, jump all over me for differences of opinion or factual errors, but don't rip me a new one because you fail to understand basic English.

God gave you eyes to see where you're going and feets to avoid that which can harm you. If you ain't paying attention you deserve to fall into open manholes, into prickly bushes and (may the lawd preserve your poor dog) in front of a speeding bus. And here ye is pointing fingers at folks who gots more important things to do than weedin' and gardenin'. Methinks the pot is called Billy Goodnick. Why does your group not need a permit? Are you special? Why cant YOU plan an event that does'nt interfere with traffic? Why would bicyclist want to make pit stops for BEER when drinking and driving is ILLEGAL? Why on earth do WE have to be patient...when you're the ones breaking all the rules!

If you bait this particular crowd with any question that allows a comparison with the past, in comes the chorus of gloomy laments.
