648 - Did you bother reading the FIRST sentence I wrote that says "According to healthcare.gov?" That info was published by the current administration. Apparently there are a lot of fools out there that had no idea this mandate was about forcing people to buy health care at full price, rather than getting free or greatly reduced health care. Just read the comments on about every story published. The insurance industry isn't in business to give rebates. lol I will guarantee they will find a way to spend 80% of your money on health care costs. SY - It has everything to do with income. Under your income level, you will qualify for the expanded Medicaid program, which means you will hardly, if at all, pay anything. No wonder why it isn't a big deal.

Thanks 613. The voice of reason! When you phrase things like 585, you come across as mean & trying to stir the pot. But the OP's question was odd - why? I agree that if you need witnesses, ask. If you're curious, ask. Although a better way to say it would be along the lines of "I witnesses this last night. Did anyone else see?" (Although I can't think of why you want to know if others saw, unless you want witnesses.)
And dear 610: You accused a neighbor of drunk driving, and never mentioned if you ever called the cops on them. Honestly, if I were your neighbor, I'd be mighty PO'd if I found out you DIDN'T report that. It might have a completely logical & legal explanation (or it may have been a drunk driver), but when you see something like that, you call the cops, not post a story on a website.

Why do you want to know? Was your dog involved? It sounds as though YOU saw it, but why are you asking if others saw it? Are you asking for witnesses for any reason? Or are you bored and looking to stir up conversation about a dog fight that might or might not have happened?
