757, why would the OP need an attorney? He did not give any indication of any discriminatory or illegal reduction. This is one of the problems with our country. Those like you wanting to sue everyone which drives up the cost on all of our goods and services.

Hmmmm 492. Sounds like you're the one trolling. The boat was in neutral meaning the props were not turning. The whales approached the boat and were not pursued. The boat was merely floating in the channel. I again am the person who videoed this wonderful moment and again no one was in danger. What is wrong w people that they have to find fault and make negative comments about such a spectacular and random gift from our environment. I would encourage such zealots to get up and get out there and volunteer, experience the world and stop judging. Please again note that whale watching boats pursue whales to give their guests optimum views. We however were en route to the islands and did not deviate from our course but merely stopped to view them as they crossed our path. No one in this video needs to defend their actions. I heard the sound of an engine at low revs while the orcas were surfacing and when they were "way, way, under the boat." Was that some other gas engine? I wonder what Fish & Game marine experts would say about your manuevers? It's OK as long as you enjoyed it though, huh?

081 don't even have a boat. Boating away wouldn't of mattered dummy you saw how fast the orcas came from far away to be at the boat and obviously the orcas where being curious and not threatening.
