Santa Barbara County firefighters extinguished an RV that caught fire on Highway 154 Thursday afternoon.
At 2:33 p.m. firefighters responded to the area just west of Edison Ave in the Santa Ynez Valley. They found a 24-foot RV on fire that had spread to nearby grass.
Crews quickly extinguished the fire preventing further spread.
The RV owner was on his way to Arizona and escaped without injury.
